Université du Québec: A globally oriented network

Founded in 1968 by the Government of Québec, Université du Québec is a network of ten universities whose mission is to provide access to undergraduate, and graduate studies and further the scientific development of Québec and of the province’s regions through research.

The University of Guadalajara is a public higher education institution based in the state of Jalisco. The University is recognized for the quality of its educational programs and its scientific activity. U-Planner is an organization dedicated to providing solutions and support for educational improvement, with emphasis on achieving strategic goals of higher education institutions. Its intelligent solutions, based on mathematical algorithms and artificial intelligence, allow universities to improve key indicators such as student retention rates, terminal efficiency, learning outcomes, infrastructure costs and human resources.

The Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP) is the oldest and largest university in the state of Puebla, Mexico. Founded by the Society of Jesus in 1578 as the Colegio del Espíritu Santo; it became a public college in 1825 and eventually grew into a public university in 1937. It has developed as an autonomous public university and the state university for Puebla.

It is considered a leader among Mexican Higher Education Institutions, with a solid international standing characterized by its commitment to the integral formation of critical, reflexive and ethical professionals and citizens.

From High School to Higher Education (both undergraduate and graduate programs), the University fosters high quality research for the creation and dissemination of knowledge, promoting social inclusion, equal opportunities and social outreach. CIN

The National Interuniversity Board (Spanish acronym: CIN) was created on December 20, 1985. The Board is a non-state controlled entity under public law mainly supported by the contributions of its members. The CIN is in charge of proposing and coordinating policies for the development of Argentine Universities and of promoting activities for the higher education system. In addition, it is a compulsory consultation body in case of major decisions for the university system. There are eleven commissions dealing with different matters as instructed by the Executive Committee and nine interuniversity organizations. The General Director, the Executive Secretariat and the Financial Secretariat are the permanent bodies in charge of managing the activities carried out by CIN and the related budget.

One of Canada’s top research universities, the University of Saskatchewan (U of S) is the core of a dynamic research hub centred in the growing city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. ACAFE SYSTEM: The strength of higher education in Santa Catarina State

The Association of Educational Foundations of Santa Catarina – ACAFE is a non-profit civil association, set up in 1974, with the aim of uniting and integrating educational foundations established through legislation by state and municipal public authorities. The purpose of this union is to promote the administrative, technical and scientific exchange among Higher Education Institutions in the search for solutions to common problems in the areas of teaching, research, extension and management, aiming the sustainable regional development of the state of Santa Catarina. Sixteen Citizenship Universities are part of it, representing more than 70% of the students enrolled in the higher education in our State.

Mission: To develop teaching, science, technology and innovation through the sharing of actions and competences to ensure the strengthening of higher education institutions associated for the benefit of higher education in Santa Catarina.

 

Aim: To be recognized nationally and internationally as an integrated and synergic system of higher education, able to produce results for the higher education institutions and for society in the production of knowledge, science, technology and innovation.
